Percussion

Drumming is physical work: four limbs, four jobs, and a pulse that holds for the whole band. Getting started has a low threshold, because no note can sound wrong — it only gets hard when everything has to be right at once. At the beginning you often practise on a pad and the snare rather than the full kit. Three teachers give drum lessons.
