I had my first cello lessons at the age of six. Only three years later I appeared for the first time as a soloist with the Mitteldeutsche Kammerphilharmonie Schönebeck. While studying at the Georg Philipp Telemann Conservatory in Magdeburg I won numerous prizes at state and national level in the „Jugend musiziert“ competition and gained my first orchestral and chamber music experience. From 2018 to 2024 I studied in the class of Prof. Francis Gouton, first in Trossingen and then at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Mannheim, where I completed my performance and performance-teaching bachelor’s degrees. From my very first semesters I played in a variety of chamber groups and in various orchestras, including the Junge Norddeutsche Philharmonie, the Junge Oper Baden-Württemberg and the Orchester Crescendo Freiburg. Since January 2024 I have played regularly as a deputy with the Magdeburgische Philharmonie.

Teaching has been my great passion for many years. I teach everyone who loves the cello, young and old, from the absolute beginner to the advanced cellist. It matters to me to convey joy and passion through technical and musical ability. In doing so I try to respond individually to the needs of each pupil and to shape my teaching around their wishes and interests. Since September 2024 I have been a cello teacher at the Musikschule Schramberg and at the Jugendmusikschule St. Georgen-Furtwangen.
