I grew up near Trossingen, both my parents workers at the Hohner factory, so I absorbed accordion music almost with my mother’s milk. I studied accordion with Stefan Hussong in Würzburg. Since then I have taught at the music school in St. Georgen for 20 years. I am also the conductor of several accordion orchestras and director of the Cotton Club Swing Orchestra, a 1930s big band. I play and teach every kind of music: from folk music or jazz to Bach and contemporary music, I am open to it all. Pupils of every age, from 6 to 80, are all welcome!
