Bläserbande – beginners’ wind group

The Bläserbande is the very first ensemble that young pupils can join after only a few months of lessons. Simple arrangements of mostly familiar tunes open the door to playing together.

Bläservororchester – junior wind orchestra

The junior wind orchestra is ideal for every child who would like to discover what it means to make music in a group. Children can join after around two years of instrumental lessons.

Children’s and youth choirs

Children from the age of four can gather their very first choral experience in the Primichor Schonach. Children of primary school age are welcome in one of the children's choirs.

Junior string orchestra and string orchestra

Young musicians who already command the first position on their instrument are warmly welcome. Together the children discover the world of string chamber music.

Streicher-Minis – youngest string players

The Streichhölzer are the first ensemble for young string players. It suits beginners who would like to experience playing together in a group for the first time.

Symphony orchestra

The symphony orchestra is the largest ensemble of the music school. It is open to all instrumentalists with several years of lessons and experience in the junior orchestras.
